Roofing and Drainage Systems:
Roof Coverings, Attic Framing and Components, Gutters & Downspouts, Flashings, Skylights, Chimneys Structure and other roof penetrations.

Electrical Systems:
Service Entrance / Capacity, Main Disconnect, Electrical Meter and Electrical Panels, Branch Circuits, Light Fixtures and Switches, Smoke and Carbon Monoxide detectors, GFCI Outlet Protection.

Plumbing:
Fixtures and Faucets, Main Water Supply, System Drainage and Cleanouts, Venting, Water Heater, Vents, Flues, Chimneys, Sump Pumps and Sewage Ejectors, Fuel Storage and Distribution systems.

Heating, Cooling and Ventilation Systems:
Furnace or Heating Systems, Central Air Conditioning, Ceiling Fans, Ductwork, Ventilation Systems and Radon Systems.

Appliances:
Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Bathroom Exhaust Fans and Any other Built in Appliance. Recall Check is performed on all appliances and components of the property.
